1. Introduction

VeecoTech Solutions is a Malaysian-based web design and software house specialising in domain registration, web hosting, and related digital services. These TOS govern the use of our domain purchasing platform and related services provided through our Website. By accessing or using our services, you accept these TOS and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) guidelines.

2. Eligibility to Use the Service

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • Provide accurate personal and billing information.
  • Use our services for lawful purposes only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activities or violations of these TOS.

3. Domain Registration Policies

3.1. Domain Registration & Availability

  • Domain availability is determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Successful registration depends on confirmation from our accredited domain registrars.

3.2. Domain Activation

  • Domains are activated upon successful payment confirmation.
  • You are responsible for verifying that the domain details entered during registration are accurate.

3.3. Domain Renewals & Expiration

  • Renewal: Our team will reach out a month before domain expiry to help process your renewal.
  • Renewal Notifications: We will send email reminders before expiration.
  • Expired Domains: Domains not renewed by the expiry date may be placed in a "redemption" period, subject to additional recovery fees.

3.4. Domain Transfers

  • Outgoing Transfers: You may transfer your domain to another registrar by following our transfer-out process.
  • Incoming Transfers: Transfers from other providers are subject to our terms and registrar policies.

4. Pricing, Payments & Billing

4.1. Service Charges

  • All prices listed on our Website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions or registry-level changes.

4.2. Payments

  • Payments must be made through our secure online payment system.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, online banking, and PayPal (if applicable).

4.3. Late Payments & Suspension

  • If payment is overdue, your services will be suspended automatically.
  • VeecoTech Solutions is not responsible for data loss or domain expiration caused by late payments.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
  • Domain Purchases: Refunds are not allowed once a domain is registered.
  • Service Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested before service activation or renewal processing.

6. User Responsibilities & Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:
  • Use domains in compliance with applicable laws and content standards.
  • Avoid engaging in activities like spamming, phishing, malware distribution, or other harmful practices.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized account access.
Prohibited Uses Include:
  • Hosting illegal or copyrighted content without permission.
  • Using domains for fraudulent, malicious, or harmful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeecoTech Solutions is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers or registrars or hosting providers.
  • Data loss due to payment delays, technical issues, or customer negligence.
  • Disputes over domain ownership or trademarks.

We provide services as-is without warranties or guarantees of continuous uptime or error-free operation.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your services if:

  • Payment fails repeatedly.
  • You violate our TOS or engage in illegal activities.
  • We are required to do so by legal authorities or domain registries.

9. Data Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy and comply with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your personal data.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, and trademarks on our Website are intellectual property of VeecoTech Solutions unless otherwise stated. You do not have ownership rights to any Website content unless specified.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Disputes will be handled amicably whenever possible.
  • If legal action is required, disputes will be resolved under Malaysian Law, with the Courts of Malaysia having jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VeecoTech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. [Formerly known as VeecoTech Web & E-Commerce Sdn. Bhd.] By subscribing to our services, you have confirm that you (the client) agree to adhere to these terms & conditions agreement. These terms are legally binding and represent an agreement between you (the client) and the VeecoTech company.

Domain and Web Hosting Renewal
  1. VeecoTech will not auto renew client's domain/ hosting server account. We will send out reminder email to customers 30 days before the service expiration date. Client needs to confirm on renewal and followed by payment.
Failure in Payment
  1. Failure in payment for the website/domain/hosting server/ other services renewal will cause the website to shut down immediately after the expiry date.
  2. Customer has to bear the risk of losing the ownership of domain/ hosting / website/ other services.
Cancellation of Orders
  1. In the event if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the products, VeecoTech will refund the amount paid.
